While the upcoming Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot will see us reliving many iconic moments of the classic anime, as well as interacting with many of the characters we’ve come to know and love, it also will have its fair share of new content, and today we got our first look at a brand new, debuting character with Bonyu.

Bonyu is a former female member of the Ginyu Force. While she still wears the team’s insignia on her armor, she left them after getting tired of their terrible poses. Her introduction will come in what is described as a “short sub-quest.” She’s designed by original Manga creator Akira Toriyama, and is part of the new content that he designed specifically for Kakarot.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot release in 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. You can also get a look at the Gamescom trailer that shows up the Cell Saga arc.
