After a long period of complete radio silence, last month, Square Enix offered us our first proper look at Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake since its announcement a couple of years, and with the RPG set to launch in November, that rollout of new information is set to continue.

Taking to Twitter via the official Japanese Dragon Quest page, Square Enix has confirmed that we’ll be seeing previews and impressions of Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake from a number of outlets tomorrow, July 11. The company says these previews will cover “only a small part of the early stages of the game”, but you can look forward to new information and gameplay footage nonetheless.

Previously, Square Enix also confirmed that the remake will feature various new quality-of-life upgrades, including difficult settings, speed modifiers for combat and traversal, and more, on top of multiple graphics modes on current-gen consoles. Read more on that through here.

Dragon Quest 3 HD-2D Remake launches on November 14 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. A combined HD-2D remake of Dragon Quest 1 and 2, which follow Dragon Quest 3 in the original trilogy’s chronology, will follow in 2025.
