Dying Light: The Beast

Techland’s Dying Light: The Beast is only a week away from launch, and to build hype, it has released yet another short trailer. The focus is on monsters, from the Volatiles that come out at night in Castor Woods to Kyle Crane’s new beast-like powers. Check it out below.

Kyle’s new abilities manifest from years of experimentation by the Baron, whom he now seeks for vengeance. On top of overwhelming strength that allows for ripping enemies, human and infected, to shreds, he can also perform powerful leaps and brutal executions on Chimeras. Of course, it’s still not quite enough to deal with the Volatiles, who have received massive revamps to ensure far more terrifying nights for players.

You can learn more about them (and how nights in general are far scarier) here. Dying Light: The Beast launches on September 19th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC, with PS4 and Xbox One to follow later this year. Head here for everything you should know about the title before diving in.
