Electronic Arts expressed their excitement for Sony and Microsoft’s upcoming console upgrades, the PlayStation 4 Neo and the Xbox Scorpio respectively. In a recent interview with IGN, Company Executive Peter Moore revealed that the studio is already working on titles for the upcoming consoles.

He complemented both of the company’s work and effort put into the development of the consoles, and he continued to confirm that his studio is currently developing games for both of them. Moore also said that the new hardware “certainly obviously ups the technological output,” with the studio’s staff loving  “what they’re seeing right now.”

“I think Sony and Microsoft have done this incredibly well. They have taken what they needed to do whether it’s 4K… to keep the platform fresh for technology that’s moving faster than the archaic nature of a 10-year piece of hardware cycle.”

Sony is expected to officially reveal the PlayStation Neo during next week’s PlayStation Meeting event held in New York City.
