Eight Mega Man X Games Will Be Split Among Two Legacy Collections

The ratings given by the Australian Ratings Board suggests that the games will be released as part of two separate collections.

Back in December, Capcom had announced that along with a new entry into the Mega Man X series, all eight of the existing games in the series would be released for the PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One in 2018. What we didn’t know however was how these games were going to be released.

Now, the Australian Ratings board has rated Mega Man X Legacy Collection and Mega Man X Legacy Collection 2This suggests that the eight games will be split among these two collections and won’t be released as part of a single collection. Additionally, it remains to be seen  whether these two collections will release on the same date or not.

There’s a lot to be excited for if you’re a fan of the Mega Man series with a new game on the horizon and these collections of the older games. For now, we’ll just  have to wait for official information from Capcom to know more about their plans for these games.
