Epic Games Store

It’s no secret that the Epic Games Store is missing a fair number of features compared to its competitors (like Steam). While gifting games still isn’t a feature on the storefront, the ability to wishlist a game finally is. Simply head over to a game listing in the Epic Games Launcher and look for a small button with a heart next to “Buy Now”.

You can access wishlists by clicking on the bottom left part of the launcher or viewing your account. Currently, there aren’t any advanced features like filtering but Epic Games is working to implement this. It will also add email notifications for wishlisted titles that become available or see discounts.

Despite the lack of certain features, the Epic Games Store is still performing very well. It crossed over 100 million users as of January 15th with third party titles reportedly making $251 million in profit. The service also continues to dole out free games like Offworld Trading Company and GoNNER which can be claimed till tomorrow.
