Boston in Fallout 4 is a very “out there,” very dynamic sandbox world. Howard explained this by mentioning that Fallout 4 will be a game based on players’ freedom. Power to go out and do anything desired. Do you want to talk to that person? Do you want to just kill that person? Does doing that mission a different way change perspectives? With such a vast last, implemented with new technologies, Bethesda really shows us that doing whatever the player wants to an enormous extent truly makes Fallout 4 feel completely next gen.
