Public Test Server
For a large online title such as this, a public test server is mandatory. Like with Fallout 4, Bethesda could push out beta versions of patches. These could be tested on the PTS and then deployed on live servers if everything is in order. This will help catch bugs on a wider scale along with making sure new features properly work before they go live.
