Final Fantasy 14 Shadowbringers

Square Enix has released a new trailer for Final Fantasy 14: Shadowbringers, the next big expansion for the MMORPG. It showcases all the different Job Actions that players can expect, especially for new classes like the Gunbreaker. Additionally, the company has also revealed that the MMO has crossed 16 million registered users worldwide.

It’s pretty noteworthy, especially considering how old the game is and the tumultuous period it experienced before it relaunched with A Realm Reborn. Producer/director Naoki Yoshida also spoke about some of the changes that would be coming to the combat, with new charged actions, rebalancing of jobs, and much more. This is in addition to UI and quality of life improvements.

Final Fantasy 14: Shadowbringers is out on July 2nd for PS4 and PC. It will introduce new Jobs like the Dancer and Gunbreaker, new areas, new races (including the Viera), and much more. There will even be new raids, such as the NieR: Automata crossover YoRHA: Dark Apocalypse, which is being handled by Yoko Taro himself.
