At The Game Awards, Square Enix confirmed a June 2023 launch for the highly-anticipated Final Fantasy 16 courtesy of trailer that revealed plenty of new gameplay information. In addition to that, the company has also revealed a list of English actors who’ll be portraying several central characters in the game, via the PlayStation Blog.
Protagonist Clive Rosfield will be played by Ben Starr (known for Quantum Break), while Logan Hannan (Hugo in A Plague Tale) will play his younger brother Joshua. Fellow A Plague Tale star Charlotte McBurney will play the younger version of Jill Warrick, while the character’s adult version will be played by Susannah Fielding (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Hearts of Stone).

Square Enix has previously confirmed that unlike most other entries in the series, Final Fantasy 16 has prioritized English motion capture and voice acting during the course of development. It’s also been confirmed that the game’s English audio will feature exclusively British accents for authenticity’s sake.
Final Fantasy 16 launches for PS5 on June 22, 2023.
