After what have been many long years of unbridled hype and painful anticipation, Final Fantasy 7 Remake is finally going to officially launch just one week from now (though if you’re in certain parts of the world, there’s a very good chance that you might already be playing through it). And with the clock counting down to its long-awaited release, Square Enix have decided to kick the hype up another notch with an excellent, meaty trailer- the final one the game will get before its launch.

The trailer packs a lot into its four and a half minutes, showcasing cutscenes, new content, combat, and glimpses of pivotal story content, while the visuals and music continue to shine through, which has been the case with pretty much every trailer that has been released for the game. If you’ve played the original Final Fantasy 7, there’s more than enough to excite you here. If not? Well, ditto (though a lot of the lip syncing seems really off). There’s also a lot of spoilers in there though, so keep that in mind. Take a look below.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake is out for the PS4 on April 10, with a whopping file size of 100 GB. The game will support HDR, and on PS4 Pro, it will run in 4K. Meanwhile, reviews will start going live on April 6.
