Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 Remake is one of the bigger releases of the year, if not the decade, serving as a reimagining of the RPG classic. To cover the scope of its development endeavor, the publisher has launched a new video series called “Inside Final Fantasy 7 Remake“. The first episode focuses on the various development team members and their roles.

It’s fairly lengthy at 20 minutes and sees director Tetsuya Nomura, producer Yoshinori Kitase and many more weighing in. Then again, considering all the details and new content crammed into the game, from new events and interactions to revamped visuals, it makes sense. And this is only the first part of the original Final Fantasy 7 storyline.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake releases on April 10th for PS4. A free demo is currently available on the PlayStation Store and offers a good look at the combat, art design and overall gameplay. Stay tuned for more details en route to the game’s launch.
