Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles

After years of rumors and extensive waiting, Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles, a remake of Square Enix’s classic turn-based tactical strategy, is now available for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Check out the launch trailer below.

As with Tactics Ogre: Reborn, The Ivalice Chronicles offers an enhanced version of Final Fantasy Tactics with improved visuals and gameplay refinements. A new difficulty, Squire, makes it easier for new players to jump in, and all dialogue is fully voiced. Even the user interface has seen a significant overhaul.

However, for those who want to experience the classic, it’s also included, complete with localization from War of the Lions. Of course, this is just a recreation and lacks the content from the PlayStation Portable version.
