Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Features Baby Behemoths

Yes, that is it.

We’d like to look at Square Enix’s efforts behind the upcoming MMORPG Final Fantasy: A Realm Reborn and be more enthusiastic, but considering the lashing of our hopes and dreams that the original gave us, we’re still quite cautious. Still, A Realm Reborn, despite the considerable amount of resources behind it holding up most other games we’d rather be playing, looks to incorporate enough to make the experience worthwhile when it releases on PC in second and third quarters of 2013 for PC and PS3 respectively.

This might be one of those features per say. We can’t tell, because it’s quite paradoxical in it’s adorableness. Square Enix has released concept art of the new Baby Behemoths. Seriously. That and a Snake’s Helm (it’s the New Year, so put a sock in it). Check them both out below.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is currently moving from alpha stage to closed beta, but soon enough, that beta will be opened up to fans for play. Stay tuned.
