Nintendo continues the slow drip tease of the new installment of their strategy RPG series, Fire Emblem: Three Houses. We’ve seen teasers for all three young leaders of the titular Houses: Claude, Dimitri, and Edelgard, while secondary characters have also been introduced. Now, Nintendo is broadening the attention to some of the big supporting characters, and with that we get the Archbishop, Rea.
As you can see from the game’s official Twitter below, the tweet features a video of Rea having a conversation with the player character after they join the Garreg Mach Monastery. She is said to be the supreme leader of the church, and takes a liking to the main character by inviting them to join the academy (thanks to Twinfinite for translations).
But she has a stern side as well, passing harsh judgement on those that stand against the church- perhaps even setting up a conflict down the road? There’s also new artwork and a screenshot provided to get you an idea of the regal standing the character commands. Take a look below.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses is out July 26th exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
