Forge Closed Beta Offers New Gameplay Footage

Dark Vale Games' PVP game gets some new footage.

Dark Vale Games’ Forge, which is currently in closed beta, just got a new gameplay video courtesy community member “Pilluminati” as part of a movie-making contest for those taking part in the beta. As a prize, this winning video will be used in all the game’s media and advertising in the months to come.

So Player vs Player and random slaughtering galore. Business as usual but now more finely cut. Check out the gameplay trailer before and see if you agree.

On the other end, Dark Vale is readying for the final release of Forge, besides deciding on an official price. Touting it as one of “the best looking, best playing indie games of 2012”, they certainly have a lot to live up to, but from what we’ve seen so far, Forge should be more than up to the task. Check out the game’s official site here for more information and future updates.
