Epic Games’ Fortnite is very popular. If the title’s massive success, especially on mobile and Nintendo Switch, hasn’t been a strong enough indicator of that, then its most recent milestone should be. According to Bloomberg, the title now has 200 million registered accounts worldwide. That’s up from 125 million in June.

Of course, the total number of active players is still unknown. The last figure we received was 78.3 million players in August. We also learned in November that it had 8.3 million players concurrently worldwide, which is a mind-boggling figure in its own right. Long story short, Fortnite is extremely popular and is only getting bigger.

Update 6.31 is out this week for the game and brings new content to both Save The World and Battle Royale. Save The World players receive a new Constructor hero, Airheart, who can put down a mounted turret. Battle Royale players get a new limited time mode, Team Rumble, along with Epic and Legendary variants of the Pump Shotgun.
