Fortnite Teams With Red Vs Blue For Skit About Preparing For Master Chief

This is all despite Master Chief already being in Fortnite for over a week.

Fortnite - Master Chief

Fortnite has become something of a cultural melting pot. If a property has some kind of presence in mainstream pop culture, there’s a good chance it’s going to end up in crossover in some form. Even platform holders are getting in on the action as Halo‘s iconic Master Chief is also part of the fray now. Epic Games has also teamed up with some well-known folks for a funny skit about preparing for Master Chief (despite him already being there).

If you’re not familiar with Red vs Blue, it was a webseries that launch in 2003 and has been going for a staggering 17 seasons. It’s done using in-game Halo models with a cast of characters. In this skit, some familiar faces (and voices) prepare for the coming of the legendary Master Chief. It’s a pretty specific type of humor and one that will probably depend on your age to whether you like it or not, but it’s all in good fun.

Fortnite, and its Master Chief content, is available now across all major platforms with the exception of iOS. Halo Infinite, the next game in the series, is set to release in Fall of 2021.
