Fortnite is in the midst of its futuristic based tenth season, and it’s as big as ever. Borderlands 3 is bringing back the popular looter shooter series for a romp that’s sure to be the biggest in the series. The two popular shooters also seem to be on a collusion of some kind as Epic is teasing a crossover of some kind.
Via the official Fortnite Twitter account, we got some new artwork with the caption “When you see it…” along with a hastag for FortniteXMayhem. You can see that tucked away near the bottom of the art is the iconic Psycho mask that’s become synonymous with the Borderlands series. Fortnite has been doing several crossovers with popular events such as Stranger Things and Avengers recently, plus with Borderlands 3‘s PC version being exclusive to Epic Games Store for a limited time, and being the biggest title the store has netted as an exclusive, so it all makes sense.
Fortnite is available now for all major platforms and Borderlands 3 will release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on September 13th. Whatever this crossover will be will most likely come around that time frame.
