Microsoft and Playground Games’ Forza Horizon 4 has been wildly successful and has seen a good deal of updates since its release. They aren’t done, however, as they recently took to Twitter to show that a new update, simply called Update 9, will hit this week for all users.
As you can see from the tweet below, the developers have released a small roadmap detailing everything you can expect from Update 9. Of course, as expected, there’s a lot of new cars, including signature Minis. It will also have a new custom adventure mode, where you can customize your own online adventure with the game’s huge set of cars. With that comes new playlists of Season Events, #Forzathons, and The Trial. Those who enjoyed the various stories in the game will also get a new one with Car Files. It comes with the picture of a car catching some scary air, so we’re probably in for a wild ride there.
Forza Horizon 4 is available now for Xbox One and PC. Update 9 will be free to all users and should be available some time this week.
Coming in Update 9 we have our brand new Horizon Story "Car Files," alongside we'll also be bringing you those 'little' Mini Cars, our fresh game mode Custom Adventure and don't forget to complete even more new Seasonal Events in Festival Playlist! #ForzaHorizon4 pic.twitter.com/xTDLxGZjJP
