Series 22 may have recently gone live for Playground Games’ Forza Horizon 5, but some new content is already available. It’s two new vehicles based on the Barbie film, which premieres on July 21st. All players will receive a pink 1956 Chevrolet Corvette EV Corvette, akin to the one Barbie (played by Margot Robbie) drives in the film.
There’s also the 2022 GMC Hummer EV Pickup meant for Ken (played by Ryan Gosling). To claim these vehicles, login, download them from the Message Center, and they’ll appear in the Garage. In addition, Xbox also announced a Barbie line-up with Xbox Gear.
There’s also a custom pink Xbox Series S and Adaptive Controller, while the Wireless Controller has five interchangeable faceplates based on Barbie and Ken’s outfits. These will be available from July 10th via Xbox and Microsoft Rewards.
Forza Horizon 5 is available on Xbox Series X/S, PC and Xbox One and is also available on Game Pass. It’s had over 30 million players in its lifetime. The next title in the franchise, Turn 10’s Forza Motorsport, launches on October 10th. Head here for more details.
