It’s not long before The Coalition’s Gears 5 releases for Xbox One and PC (especially if you own Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or the Ultimate Edition). To help gear fans up for multiplayer, the developer has released a new trailer showcasing the multiplayer maps playable at launch. There are 11 in total – seven are for Versus and Horde while the remaining four are for Escape Mode.

For Versus and Horde, there’s Asylum, Bunker, District, Icebound, Vasgar, Training Grounds and Exhibit. Each map has its own interesting schtick – Training Grounds is more long-range while Asylum has trains running through it. As for Escape Mode, it has The Hive, The Descent, The Mines and The Gauntlet.

Of course, Escape mode’s map selection can be significantly expanded by fans using the Map Builder. Gears 5 releases on September 10th for Xbox One and PC. Head here for more information on the new Horde mode and here for the latest campaign trailer.
