It’s a new month for Game Pass, which means several new games for subscribers. But perhaps the most significant release is one that’s technically not a full game – the Gears of War: E-Day beta. Early access begins on August 6th for Game Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers, allowing them to try out Horde Siege and Versus for the first time.
While you wait, Heretic + Hexen are available for Premium subscribers. It’s joined by Game Freak’s Beast of Reincarnation, which debuts for Ultimate and PC with a fair amount of hype. On August 6th, tower defense rogue-lite Monsters are Coming! arrives on Premium alongside PowerWash Simulator 2.
Bounty Star and Grounded 2 (Game Preview) also make their debut for Premium on August 11th, while Date Everything! joins the service for all three tiers on the same day. The next day, you can look forward to Ball X Pit, an enticing mix of brick-breaking and rogue-lite mechanics, on Premium.
On August 13th, you’ll get to play Cricket 26 and Sandustry for all three tiers along with MIO: Memories in Orbit on Premium. Egging On rounds on this wave when it joins Premium on August 18th, but there’s plenty more to look forward to this month.
Of course, several titles will also be leaving the service on August 15th, so finish them now before it’s too late:
