miHoYo has announced the next update for Genshin Impact – Version 4.4, “Vibrant Harriers Aloft in Spring Breeze.” It goes live on January 31st and features the return of the Lantern Rite in Liyue, with a new area, Chenyu Vale, becoming available. Check out the trailer below.
New events and mini-games await while Xingqiu, Ganyu and Shenhe get new outfits. There will also be ten Intertwined Fates to claim while logging during the event, with three additional dispatched to players alongside two Fragile Resin.
A free 4-star Liyue character can be claimed by all players, while Xianyun and Gaming are new additions to the roster. The former is a five-star character with an Anemo vision who uses a Catalyst and is best known as the Cloud Retainer. The latter is a four-star Pyro character who wields a Claymore.
