After briefly appearing at the latest State of Play, Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Yōtei will be getting a dedicated deep dive in July. New details continue to trickle, though – after the developer confirmed vegetable foraging, a new Collector’s Edition trailer is available, highlighting its bonuses.
It includes Digital Deluxe Edition content like the in-game mask, The Snake’s armor, the gold Sword Kit, a special armor dye, a horse and a saddle. The physical goodies, which include replicas of the Onryō’s mask, Atsu’s tsuba and a sash with the Yōtei Six’s names, also look nice. You even get a Papercraft Ginko Tree with the apparent wolf companion and a Zeni Hajiki pouch with coins.
The latter is actually a new minigame in Ghost of Yōtei, but Sucker Punch has yet to outline how it works. An ESRB rating confirmed the return of Duels, and players can also partake in a drinking game with sake.
Ghost of Yōtei launches on October 2nd for PlayStation 5, with the Standard Edition costing $69.99. Stay tuned for more details when its deep dive rolls around.
