Ghost Recon Breakpoint – The Terminator Event Starts Tomorrow

New trailer teases a likely-robotic entity from the future.

As if the drones weren’t annoying enough, Ghost Recon Breakpoint players will have a Terminator to deal with. Ubisoft has announced that its Terminator event will start tomorrow and has even released a new teaser trailer to hype us up. You won’t see what model of Terminator is coming to get you just yet though.

Not much has been revealed about what the event will offer, save for one to four players fighting to take down the Terminator. It wouldn’t be too off base since that’s the approach that Ghost Recon Wildlands took with its Predator event. All we really need is that sweet reference to Sarah Connor and we’re good.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint is currently available for Xbox One, PS4, PC and Google Stadia. It was received rather poorly at launch (check out our review here) – even Ubisoft admitted that its critical and commercial performance was “significantly below” expectations. Nonetheless, the company has committed to supporting the title long-term and has stuck to releasing new content for the game, like the first raid, Project Titan.
