While we may never know what the actual sales for Ghost Recon Breakpoint were, the game’s performance shook Ubisoft enough to shuffle their entire infrastructure. But credit to the company, they aren’t one to abandon even one of their biggest failures. It’s received constant updates and tweaks since its botched launch (and hey, Sam Fisher showed up again, so that’s cool). And now you can try out the more refined experience free of charge.

Ubisoft announced that a free weekend is coming up starting this Thursday. The game will run until the wee hours of next Monday. All the progress you have in the demo will be carried over to the full game if you decide to purchase it. You can enjoy the full titles and the free updates so far.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint‘s free weekend will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. You can pre-load on PC via both the Epic Games Store and uPlay now. The trial will run from the 26th to the 30th of this month.
