#20. MAGNI AND MODI (GOD OF WAR 2018)
Yet another example of a tag team boss fight- God of War sure loves those, doesn’t it? The sons of Thor cross paths with Kratos and Atreus a couple of times throughout their journey to Jotunheim, and the set piece battle against the two of them together is certainly one of the game’s highlights. Coming at you with different weapons and fighting styles that they also routinely use in conjunction to great effect, dealing with both Magni and Modi together is a thrillingly tricky affair. The battle also throws in sequences where Kratos and Atreus are surrounded by darkness with their backs to each other, while trying to figure out where the next attack is going to come from and dodge it, which is also pulled off spectacularly.
