Gotham Knights

WB Games Montreal has confirmed that Gotham Knights will be getting a “mission update” tomorrow at 6 AM PT. It will seemingly focus on the abilities of Nightwing and Red Hood, as evidenced by the “Powers Club” part of the tweet. Regardless, this should be our first new look at the game since its story trailer released in October 2021.

Set in a new universe with no connection to the Batman: Arkham titles, Gotham Knights sees Nightwing, Batgirl, Red Hood and Robin teaming together to protect Gotham City. While classic villains like Mister Freeze and Penguin are present, the Court of Owls is the central antagonist this time around. You can read more on their history in the DC universe here.

Gotham Knights is slated to release on October 25th for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and PC. Though touted as having two-player co-op, it may have been recently increased to four players. Perhaps we’ll receive an official update on this as well so stay tuned.
