Polyphony Digital’s support for Gran Turismo Sport since its launch in 2017 has been laudable, as they continue to add new content to the racing sim in frequent increments. Soon, the game will be receiving another update- series creator and director Kazunori Yamauchi recently took to Twitter to tease the addition of new cars to the title’s ever-growing roster of drivable vehicles.

As has become tradition of sorts for new cars being added to the game, Yamauchi put up an image on Twitter showing silhouettes of five cars, teasing their arrival to the game, just as he has done with previous similar updates as well. Yamauchi also mentioned that the update is coming next week (which would mean this week, since he put up the post on Saturday). While exact details on its contents are unknown, it might include a new track as well, which is often the case for similar updates.

Gran Turismo Sport is currently available exclusively on PS4. Recently, we received news that the game had hit a notable milestone, having been played by over seven million players since launch.
