Gran Turismo Sport

Polyphony Digital’s Gran Turismo Sport is over a year old at this point, but continues to receive oodles of free post-launch content. Director Kaz Yamauchi recently teased the next big update on Twitter with the silhouettes of eight cars. Check it out below for yourself and try to guess what the new cars could be.

The new update will arrive on January 17th and it wouldn’t be remiss to expect new tracks and modes either. For example, December’s update 1.31 brought new cars like the BMW M3 and Ferrari F50. It also added the Tokyo Expressway South Route track with the Inner Loop and Outer Loop variants.

Aside from new content for Gran Turismo Sport, Polyphony Digital is expanding as well. The developer recently opened a new studio in the Ueno district of Tokyo and now has a total of five studios worldwide. Could work be ramping up on the next Gran Turismo? Time will tell, but stay tuned for more information in the meantime.
