Announced last month, NieR: Automata’s 2B will arrive in Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising on February 20th. The news was revealed during the fighting game’s Top 8 Finals at Frosty Faustings 2024. She’s included in Character Pass 1 but can also be purchased separately for $7.99. 2B’s launch is included with the Version 1.2 update, which includes the option to use Weapon Cutouts in online lobbies.
Players can also obtain the Crimson Bomber outfit for Zeta from Round 2 of the Premium Battle Pass. Details on balance changes and adjustments will likely be revealed when the update goes live, so stay tuned for more next month.
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising is available for PS4, PS5 and PC. It’s an enhanced version of the previous game with new characters like Nier (unrelated to Yoko Taro’s series), Grimnir, Siegfried and Anila. RPG Mode is replaced by Story Mode, with a new story focused on Lucilius, and rollback netcode has been added for online matches. Check out our review for more details.
