Grand Theft Auto 5 PC Pre-Loading Starts on April 7th

At least 65 GB of installation space required.

Rockstar Games is readying for the release of Grand Theft Auto 5 on the PC, which in addition to various platform-exclusive graphical features will also include all the updates for GTA Online till date such as the Heists DLC. Consumers who pre-ordered can pre-load the game on April 7th across various digital platforms according to the publisher.

“Yes, pre-loads via Rockstar Warehouse and Steam will be available on April 7th. We will update this page with an exact time as soon as that information is available.

“If you pre-ordered GTAV from a digital retailer other than Rockstar Warehouse or Steam, please contact your retailer’s customer support departments for details on pre-loads.”

It was also revealed that Grand Theft Auto 5 on the PC will require at least 65 GB of installation space on one’s HDD, so that pre-load option isn’t all too bad in hindsight. Grand Theft Auto 5 is out on April 14th for PC.
