Grand Theft Auto 5 - Xbox Series X-S, PS5

Originally slated to launch in November last year and eventually getting delayed to March 2022, the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of Grand Theft Auto 5 have finally launched digitally- however, the planned boxed release of the game on new consoles hasn’t yet been dated, leading to many questions about when it can be expected.

It seems Rockstar has finally decided to put the questions to rest, as the physical release for GTA 5 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S has been officially given a release date. Set for April 12, it will retail for $39.99, with pre-orders now being live, both at retailers and Rockstar’s own official store.

Interestingly, the physical version of the game is priced higher than the digital version for the game (at least for now), which is priced at $10 on PlayStation 5, with the Xbox version selling for $20 till June 14.
