Does not include digital sales, of course.

GTA 5 PC

Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto 5 has achieved a new milestone in the UK, selling five million copies across its various formats according to Gfk Chart-Track. Keep in mind that this is only for retail copies and not digital sales.

Grand Theft Auto 5 is available on the PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, Xbox One and PC. Console sales were last reported at 45 million copies in February and PC sales have only skyrocketed that number further. The game has seen some fairly large content drops as well with the Heists DLC finally releasing this past March and Rockstar planning to bring the PC version’s video editor to the Xbox One and PS4.

The question at this point remains as to what Grand Theft Auto 5 can achieve. Thankfully, fans have been working hard to support the PC version with free mods. As long as you don’t use them in GTA Online, Rockstar is perfectly fine with the fun you’ll have in them. Stay tuned for more information on GTA 5 in the coming months.
