Rockstar Games’ Independence Day content for Grand Theft Auto Online will be disappearing soon. Thankfully, there will be new double RP events for those who haven’t had a chance to try it yet. The double RP events will be happening in the coming week with details on dates and timings to be provided soon.
Though you won’t have access to the fireworks rocket launcher, monster truck, musket and accessories after the content disappears, you’ll still be able to take part in the 17 new jobs and pick up the 7 new properties. You can also ride the roller coaster and Ferris wheel, and the good news is, the fireworks rocket launcher will be back during the Holiday season.
That being said, what about Heists? Rockstar Games still hasn’t provided any new information on when we can expect them, but at least Grand Theft Auto 5 will be heading to Xbox One, PS4 and PC in Q3/Q4 of 2014 so at least there’s that. Stay tuned for more information.
