Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition may not have been what fans were expecting in terms of a remaster but these are more or less the same classics. That means they mostly preserve the same cheats, with a few new additions for some spice. Let’s first take a look at the cheats for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition, though be warned that enabling cheats will disable Trophies and Achievements. Some cheat codes also can’t be disabled so if you want to preserve the progress of a playthrough, it’s important to create a back-up save file.
These cheat codes don’t need to be entered in a specific menu. Once they’ve been entered, the game will inform you accordingly. Without further ado, here are all of the cheats that work in The Definitive Edition of GTA: Vice City.
- Full Armor – Obtain full armor immediately. Press R1, R2, L1, X, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, and Up.
- Full Health – Immediately refill your health. Press R1, R2, L1, Circle, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, and Up.
- Jezz Skin – Changes Tommy into Jezz Torrent. Press Down, L1, Down, L2, Left, X, R1, L1, X, and X.
- Sonny Skin – Changes Tommy into his boss, Sonny Forelli. Press Circle, L1, Circle, L2, Left, X, R1, L1, X, and X to activate.
- Ken Skin – Changes Tommy into Ken Rosenberg. Press Right, L1, Up, L2, L1, Right, R1, L1, X, and R1.
- Mercedes Skin – Changes Tommy into Mercedes Cortez. Press R2, L1, Up, L1, Right, R1, Right, Up, Circle, and Triangle.
- Hilary Skin – Changes Tommy into Hilary King. Press R1, Circle, R2, L1, Right, R1, L1, X, and R2.
- Change Outfit – Give Tommy a random outfit by pressing Right, Right, Left, Up, L1, L2, Left, Up, Down, and Right.
- Candy Skin – Changes Tommy into Candy Suxxx. Press Circle, R2, Down, R1, Left, Right, R1, L1, X, and L2.
- Lower Wanted Level – Reduces your Wanted level by one star. Press R1, R1, Circle, R2, Up, Down, Up, Down, Up, and Down.
- Increase Wanted Level – Increases your Wanted level by one star. Press R1, R1, Circle, R2, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, and Right.
- Phil Skin – Changes Tommy into Phil Cassidy. Press Right, R1, Up, R2, L1, Right, R1, L1, Right, and Circle.
- Lance Skin – Changes Tommy into Lance Vance. Press Circle, L2, Left, X, R1, L1, X, and L1.
- Ricardo Skin – Changes Tommy into Ricardo Cortez. Press L1, L2, R1, R2, Down, L1, R2, and L2.
- Slow Down Time – Slow down the game’s speed. Press Triangle, Up, Right, Down, Square, R2, and R1.
- All Level 1 Weapons – Immediately grants all level 1 weapons. Press R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, and Up.
- Speed Up Time – Increases the overall speed of the game. Press Circle, Circle, L1, Square, L1, Square, Square, Square, L1, Triangle, Circle, and Triangle.
- Suicide – Tommy immediately dies. Press Right, L2, Down, R1, Left, Left, R1, L1, L2, and L1.
- All Level 2 Weapons – Immediately grants all level 2 weapons. Press R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down, and Left.
- Improve Car Handling – Increase the Handling attribute for all vehicles. Press Triangle, R1, R1, Left, R1, L1, R2, and L1 to activate.
- Spawn Sabre Turbo – Causes a Sabre Turbo to spawn by pressing Right, L2, Down, L2, L2, X, R1, L1, Circle, Left.
- Spawn Tank – Spawn a tank with Circle, Circle, L1, Circle, Circle, Circle, L1, L2, R1, Triangle, Circle, and Triangle.
- Pink Cars – Changes the color of all vehicles to pink. Press Circle, L1, Down, L2, Left, X, R1, L1, Right, and X.
- Spawn Bloodring Banger – Spawns the Bloodring Banger vehicle. Press Up, Right, Right, L1, Right, Up, Square, and L2.
- Road Rage – Any Pedestrians in cars will become aggressive to Tommy, ramming him at every opportunity. Activated by pressing R2, Circle, R1, L2, Left, R1, L1, R2, and L2.
- Spawn Alternative Bloodring Banger – Spawns an alternative version of the Bloodring Banger. Press Down, R1, Circle, L2, L2, X, R1, L1, Left, and Left.
- Exploding Vehicles – All nearby vehicles will explode when Tommy is close to them. Press R2, L2, R1, L1, L2, R2, Square, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, L2, and L1 to activate.
- Black Vehicles – Changes the color of all vehicles to black. Press Circle, L2, Up, R1, Left, X, R1, L1, Left, and Circle.
- Flying Cars – Enables all vehicles to fly. Press Triangle, Circle, Triangle, Up, Left, Down, Down, Down, and Down.
- Spawn Caddie – Spawns a Caddie by pressing Circle, L1, Up, R1, L2, X, R1, L1, Circle, and X.
- Spawn Hotring Racer – Spawns a Hotring Racer by pressing R1, Circle, R2, Right, L1, L2, X, X, Square, and R1.
- Aggressive Pedestrians – Causes all pedestrians to attack Tommy. Press Down, Up, Up, Up, X, R2, R1, L2, and L2 to activate.
- Spawn Alternative Hotring Racer – Spawns an alternative version of the Hotring Racer. Press R2, L1, Circle, Right, L1, R1, Right, Up, Circle, and R2.
- Spawn Love Fist Limo – Spawns the Love Fist Limo. Press R2, Up, L2, Left, Left, R1, L1, Circle, and Right.
- Driving on Water – Enables all vehicles to drive on water. Press Right, R2, Circle, R1, L2, Square, R1, and R2.
- Spawn Thrashmaster – Spawn a Thrashmaster garbage truck. Press Circle, R1, Circle, R1, Left, Left, R1, L1, Circle, and Right.
- Pedestrians With Weapons – All pedestrians are now equipped with guns – attacking them will cause retaliation. Press R2, R1, X, Triangle, X, Triangle, Up, and Down to activate.
- Spawn Romero’s Hearse – Causes Romero’s Hearse to spawn. Press Down, R2, Down, R1, L2, Left, R1, L1, Left, Right to activate.
- Rioting Pedestrians – Pedestrians will attack each other and Tommy indiscriminately. Press Down, Left, Up, Left, X, R2, R1, L2, and L1 to activate.
- All Level 3 Weapons – Immediately grants all level 3 weapons. Press R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down, and Down.
- Big Head Mode – Drastically increases the size of all characters’ heads. Press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Circle, and X.
