Grounded

Obsidian Entertainment has its hands full with stuff right now, from major new upcoming games like Avowed and The Outer Wilds 2 to smaller upcoming releases like the recently-announced Pentiment. While the studio does obviously specialize in RPGs, it’s been enjoying some success in the survival space for a couple of years as well, ever since Grounded launched in early access.

Soon, the developer will be taking that to the next level. Grounded’s full launch out of early access has been a long time coming, and has clearly taken longer to come around than many had expected, with many even fearing a delay out of this year. That, thankfully, is not happening. It’s been confirmed that the survival title will see its full launch in September, offering a full suite of content, a full playable campaign, new content and features, and much more. Check out its newest trailer below.

Grounded is available on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
