Arc System Works announced the next DLC character for Guilty Gear Strive during the Arc World Tour Finals, confirming that A.B.A would join the roster on March 26th. However, after the competition, it also confirmed that the fourth and final DLC character for Season 3 would launch in May.

The silhouette of a bat and a cowl are teased, leading many to believe it’s Slayer. Last seen in Guilty Gear Xrd, he’s a powerful vampire. While he focuses on counter hits during combat, his claws can be devastating, even though he lacks mobility.

Slayer made a small cameo in Guilty Gear Strive, appearing alongside his wife Sharon, but little else is known about him in the story otherwise. Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks, including a deeper look into his abilities and fighting style.

Guilty Gear Strive is available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Check out our review of the base game.
