The latest free update for Halo 5: Guardians called Hog Wild is now available. It can be downloaded on your Xbox One when you boot up Halo 5.
Hog Wild is a little different with regards to content. It doesn’t feature any new maps but does come with new REQs like Warthogs, two new Armour Sets, a hybrid scope for weapons and much more. Bigger things were in the works for this update but 343 Industries decided to hold off on the same until the Warzone Firefight update. As a result, the latter will be the biggest content update to the game yet when it’s out by June end.
Expect these two updates to be the final new content pieces for Halo 5: Guardians since 343 Industries hasn’t outlined what’s coming in the future. The franchise itself will have plenty to look forward to though. The Creative Assembly’s Halo Wars 2 will be at E3 2016 and is expected to release later this year for Xbox One.
