Halo 6 Not Being Revealed At Gamescom Either

The heartbreak continues.

Posted By | On 16th, May. 2017

343 Industries has been busy with Halo Wars 2, which released in February for Xbox One and Windows 10, and while Halo 6 won’t be at E3 2017, it has teased a “little something.” Coupled with rumours of Halo 3 heading to Steam and Halo 3: Anniversary potentially being announced expectations have gone a little nutty.

Community manager Brian Jarrard has confirmed several times already that Halo 3 isn’t heading to Steam and Halo 3: Anniversary won’t be showcased at E3 2017. No big deal – how about a beta for Halo 6 announced at Gamescom to free up space at E3? Unfortunately, Jarrard shut down this sentiment as well, simply replying “Definitely not” on Reddit.

At this point, 343 Industries is going to extreme lengths to keep either Halo 3: Anniversary or Halo 6 a secret. Then again, the most likely conclusion is that neither actually exists or they’re simply not going to be revealed anytime soon.

What could that “little something” at E3 2017 be then? Stay tuned for more information – Microsoft’s E3 presser is on June 11th at 2 AM PST.
