Halo Infinite - Cyber Showdown

Cyber Showdown, the latest free event for Halo Infinite’s multiplayer, is now available until February 1st. It offers a new series of limited-time cosmetics to earn along with a new mode, Attrition. Check out the synth-heavy launch trailer below.

Attrition is essentially 4v4 Team Slayer but instead of infinite respawns, your team can revive each other and has a pool of lives. Survive and deplete your opponents’ lives first to emerge victorious. There are 10 Event Challenges to complete with each unlocking a new reward in the Event track. These include new head gear, visors, armor and weapon coatings, gun charms, AI skins and much more.

Of course, you can also expect new cosmetics in the shop as well. 343 Industries has begun adjusting prices for the same and will make more changes as the season progresses so stay tuned. Halo Infinite is currently available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Check out our review for the campaign here and multiplayer here.
