Halo Infinite will launch this Holiday to coincide with Microsoft’s new console, in an effort to rekindle the franchise in a bigger and bolder way to catapult it to top of gaming once more. And, as of now, we’ve seen pretty much nothing from it. Well, the time will come, but in the meantime? It’s time for toys. A new promotion for the upcoming shooter is all about that Nerf, baby, and seemingly confirms in-game weapon skins.

As announced by GameSpot, Nerf has partnered with Microsoft to produce toys based on guns that will be featured in Infinite. The two they had images of were the Needler as well as the AR (you can see both below). It’s mentioned that one of these has a code to unlock a color scheme for a weapon in-game, which seems to confirm weapon skins will be returning to some degree.

Halo Infinite is slated to launch this Holiday season for Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC. These Nerf toys will all launch October 1st.
