Halo Infinite Will Have Photo Mode, Custom Game Browser – Rumor

Datamined files seem to indicate that both features will be coming to the shooter, though 343 Industries has yet to announce them.

Halo Infinite - technical preview

Following its recent technical preview, numerous details for Halo Infinite were datamined by fans including spoilers for the campaign. HaloLeaks on Twitter has been showcasing a number of different details, from weapon and character models to settings for different modes. It appears that a Photo Mode and Custom Game Browser are also seemingly included.

Some of the settings for Photo Mode like changing the border, filter, stickers, vignettes, letterbox and so on. As for Custom Game Browser, players will apparently be able to bookmark maps or view modes recommended by 343 Industries. You can view custom games based on their rating, updates and most played while adjusting filters like file type, file type and even the ban status.

343 Industries hasn’t officially announced these features and while I’d advise taking these leaks with some grain of salt, the sheer amount of other datamined material by HaloLeaks is hard to deny. As such, it’s possible these are added post-launch as well (it took more than a year for Halo 5: Guardians to receive a Custom Game Browser, after all). Stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

Halo Infinite is currently slated to release this holiday season for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC.
