Halo Infinite - Winter Contingency

The next multiplayer event for 343 Industries’ Halo Infinite is Winter Contingency and it starts on December 21st. Available until January 4th 2022, the event will dole out free rewards each day. All you have to do is play one game.

Said rewards include an armor attachment, armor pieces, a free nameplate, emblems and Christmas-themed coatings for one’s Spartan and weapons. It remains to be seen if any items will be available to purchase from the in-game store though. As such, 343 Industries has announced changes to Fracture: Tenrai which will add the full Kabuto armor and pose to the Event Pass.

This is in addition to more Event Challenges (which will also appear more frequently) so that players can unlock rewards faster. Fracture: Tenrai returns on January 4th 2022 so check out all of the incoming changes here. Halo Infinite is currently available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
