Halo: The Master Chief Collection Won’t be Heading to PC “At This Time”

Sorry PC fans but it's just not happening right now.

Halo Escalation

There have been petitions to get 343 Industries to release Halo: The Master Chief Collection for PC. And why not? With remastered versions of Halo 1 through 4 along with other goodies and multiplayer content, it would be perfect for PC gamers who have been denied of Halo for more than a decade now.

However, despite a PC retail listing emerging last week, 343 Industries general manager Bonnie Ross told IGN that. “We are focused all on [Xbox One]. It is Master Chief’s story, and it is Master Chief’s story on [Xbox One]. So at this time, we have no plans or nothing to announce for PC.”

Given the chances of success for Halo: The Master Chief Collection on Xbox One, especially since it includes access for the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer beta, it only makes sense to keep it exclusive to the console. Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be out on November 11th.
