And now for the other mech-based simulation currently tearing up the beta world. Hawken is more of a first person shooter from a mech perspective (think Monolith’s Shogo: Mobile Armour Division and you’ll get a fair idea), but it’s still an interesting title to look out for. For those who missed the first closed beta event, Adhesive Games have just announced a second one, taking place from November 8th to November 13th.

Players can sign up here, and Adhesive Games is promising a few closed beta keys in the coming few days so keep an eye out.

And for those who are looking for a little more to do this time, four presale bundles have been announced as part of “The Vanguard Initiative”. You can pick them up for a discount by hitting the above link. Bundles will be sold for $5, $15, $30, and $60 and appearing in gamers’ mech garages when the open beta commences on December 12th.
