‘Tis the season of vengeance if you’re a member of Super Earth, as Arrowhead Game Studios’ Helldivers 2 has begun the Festival of Reckoning. Available until December 31st, players can chuck snowballs at each other and their enemies while trying out three new Stratagems.
These include the 120MM EMS Projectile With Stun, Gatling Barrage Fire Projectiles and Walking Barrage With Smoke. Granted, they’re limited to the festival, but players can actually use every Stratagem in the game during this period.
That includes those within the Premium Warbonds, so if you’re behind on your Super Credit grinding or want to try before buying, this is an excellent reason to return to the co-op shooter. Check out the latest Premium Warbond, which features a Rambo-style mini-gun, here.
Helldivers 2 is available for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Alongside the Festival of Reckoning, the Killzone Legendary Warbond has permanently returned with weapons and armor based on Guerrilla’s first-person shooter franchise. You can also venture into the new Magma Worlds with their unique mission types and terrifying environmental hazards.
