Arrowhead Game Studios’ next Premium Warbond for Helldivers 2 has leaked. A Reddit user received a notification for the same, revealing it to be named Freedom’s Flame. There’s no release date, so when it could go live is up in the air, but with the developer establishing a slower update cadence, the Warbond may not even launch until August.
As for its content, it promises “fiery weapons” and “life-saving armor” alongside new capes, emotes, player cards and patterns. If it follows the Cutting Edge Warbond, the new armor could offer hefty flame resistance, making it easier to wield the Flamethrower. It could also ensure that Hellmire, known for its fire tornadoes, is easier to survive.

It’s sold over 12 million units as of May while garnering extensive praise, though it faced controversy due to Sony’s mandatory PSN linking for PC players (which it’s since walked back on).
