About two months since the last Warbond in Helldivers 2, Arrowhead Game Studios has revealed the new Masters of Ceremony Warbond. It goes live on May 15th and includes some new ceremonial armor. Check out the trailer below.
New weapons include the R-2 Amendment, a 20-round rifle with a bayonet, and the CQC-2 Sabre, a new melee weapon. Players can also unlock the G-142 Pyrotech Grenade, which unleashes sparks and explodes, igniting nearby foes. There’s also the CQC-1 One True Flag Stratagem, which can be used as a spear.
The latest armor sets include the RE-1861 Parade Commander (Lightweight) and the RE-2310 Honorary Guard. Each offers the Reinforced Epaulettes perk, which means less chance of broken limbs in combat. Other cosmetics include new caps, the Lockstep emote, the Decorated Hero title, and more.
If that wasn’t enough, those who own the Viper Commando, Chemical Agents, Truth Enforcers and Freedom’s Flame Warbonds will receive new FRV patterns on the same day. Stay tuned for more details, including balance changes, when the Masters of Ceremony Warbond goes live next week.
